By using Radapply, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

Radapply helps candidates apply to jobs by preparing and submitting applications based on the preferences and information they provide. Features may evolve over time.

3. Eligibility and account access

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

4. User responsibilities

You agree to provide truthful information and to use Radapply in compliance with applicable laws and employer guidelines.

5. Subscription and billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Billing is handled through our payment provider and renews unless canceled. You can manage your plan from your account.

6. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt to bypass controls, or use Radapply for unlawful activity. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content and software within Radapply remain the property of Radapply or its licensors.

8. Limitation of liability

Radapply is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee outcomes from job applications, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
